After high school I went to SUU in Cedar City for 1 semester, but Erik and I still ended up getting together every weekend so I moved back to Vegas and we got engaged. After a month of planning the wedding we decided to elope, so we went down to the drive through chapel on the strip. We just celebrated our 9 year anniversary. While working as an EMT at a rodeo Erik decided he would like to be a cowboy so as soon as he got on the fire department in Vegas we bought some horses and now live in Diamond Valley Utah. We have three horses, a goat and a steer. Who knew? We have three kids and the older two love to rodeo. I have been working on my degree in Elementary Education on and off, but am not sure that will be what I end up doing after substitute teaching in Vegas for a couple years. Right now I am just enjoying being able to stay home with my children.
