Retired to Erwin, Tennessee after finishing careers in Florida. Served 8 years as a member of Okeechobee County, Fl School Board. Thirty years of employment with Florida financial institutions. Lived in Hialeah, Stuart, Key Largo, Okeechobee, Ft. Myers, Greenville and Madison, Florida. Met my husband, Larry at O'Quinn Park at age 14/15. We recently celebrated our 54th wedding anniversary. Larry returned from Vietnam in November of 1968 and we married in December.

Pat and Steve Bamber went into the Marine Corps as "buddies".  Larry and I were living on base in Beaufort, SC and would check them out of basic training on weekends.  Good times, friends and memories.  Pat was a good man with many fine qualities.  May his love ones find comfort in their time of sorrow.  Peace be with them.  Larry & Nancy Peterson
