Husband was in the Navy and Army so we traveled within the U.S. and Turkey. I worked several jobs in our travels until I became a civil servant in Fort Lee, Va. I worked in procurement for 10 years and when we moved back to FL I worked as a Housing Manager for the Coast Guard and then when Southcom moved to Doral I went back to the Army as a housing manager. I’ve been retired 8 years.
School Story

I was in the band and symphony at Hialeah High. I played the flute and oboe. I played both in college. Went to Miami-Dade JR. College. Also went to Drury College and Saint Leo College to receive a Bachelor of Science degree. Still love music.

Hi, Norma, enjoy your trip. We’re on our way to Ocala,Fl. We bought some property and are having a house built. We want to move out of south Florida by early next year. Hope to see you sometime in the near future.

What a wonderful life you’ve had so far! I’m back in Florida. Been here since 1992 after traveling with my husband who retired from the Army. We will be moving up into northern Florida near Ocala in the summer of 2022. We’re having a house built up there. They haven’t broke ground yet. My daughter and her family will move up there when she retires in three years. Looking for a quieter, less crowed atmosphere. I remember you from band.
