Children: Daughter, now 52, Michele, lives in Raleigh, NC. Have three grandchildren, two twin girls ages 10, More…and a grandson named Finley who is 6 1/2. Michele still works for IBM after 27 years. They just recently moved her to Raleigh, NC.

Worked for IBM right out of college. Married Barry in 1961. Worked for NCR for 13 years as a Marketing Assistant with their Cooperative Marketing Division, selling word processing. Traveled all over the US with this job. It was great fun until they were bought out by AT & T, but got a great golden parachute with the buyout and am still receiving retirement. Worked for a Real Estate Investment Trust, Regency Centers, for 5 years. Then went to work for the greatest church in Raleigh, North Carolina, Edenton Street United Methodist Church. Worked for five different directors of various programs as well as the minister in charge of Contemporary Worship. I loved this job also. It was like a big family. In 2008 I finally moved to Arizona, Phoenix, to be with my husband. We had been carrying on a long distance relationship for 11 years. It is good to be together again. My Mom is still with me at 95. I lost my sister, Barbara, to cancer last year. We have both had breast cancer, but I was the lucky one in that I had a great oncologist in Raleigh. Life has its ups and downs but is still great. n

I just moved to Phoenix to retire with my husband of 47 years. Have been in North Carolina (Apex, outside of Raleigh). Love it here.
May go back to work after the first of the year - my Mom lives with us also, she is 95.

My mom just recently died at 104. She lived a good long life. I have a new boyfriend and lots of good church friends, etc. here. Love Chandler Arizona where I now live. Keep very active with my church. Altar Guild, Daughters of the King, Bible Study, Healing Team, you name it. Weather here is great except three worse summer months.
School Story:

Unfortunately, I had to move to St. Louis (Kirkwood) my senior year but found the love of my life in University of Missouri, married him after my second year there, and have been married ever since. Had a great senior year in Kirkwood -- the kids there just took me right in.

The grandchildren count went up 3 years ago. At 44 my daughter and son-in-law had a son, now 3 named Finley. I am still in Arizona and they are in Atlanta so I only get to see them about once a year, but keep in touch quite often.

My daughter Michele, visiting me in Arizona with hubby and my three grandkids. They live in Atlanta, Ga. so we only get to see each other once a year, usually in May.
