I remember Judy's dark hair and the laughs we had as children. I agree, she was such a dear person.  Life is so short and precious. Thanks everyone for taking the time to send some love to her spirit.

I don't know if you guys realized it but,  it, but she died over 2 years ago.  She had been married at one time to Nate Lerner, another classmate.  They had been divorced for many years, she was remarried and had another child, she lived in Florida.  She was a very sweet person.   You would have never known she was battling cancer at the reunion.

Dear Laurie,

Thanks for keeping us informed.  The good part is that so many of us are "connecting."  I remember one year at Lincoln School all of the Judys were in the same class:  Judy Levey, Judy Miller, and myself.   Even though her passing is two years ago, I still remember her smile at the 40th reunion.

My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

I remember Judy on the tennis team and always wondered how her hair could remain in the perfect FLIP.  She was a sweet lady whose memory shall be for a blessing.  Thanks to everyone who has written.

It was good to hear from you Darcy and Bonnie! There was a time when Darcy, me, Karen Shore, Sue Fink, and Bonnie Garland were all good friends, and I just remember laughing all the time. Although it was mentioned by others, Judy had a laugh you could never forget. Just hearing it made you laugh involuntarily! She was so sweet and good-natured, and seemed to see only the positive in everything. She was so easy-going that even if months or years went by without seeing each other, it was just a matter of seconds that we went on from where we had left off.

You will always be missed Judy!

Love you always, Leslie P.

I knew Judy since grade school, she was always freindly, funny and energetic.  I remember going up to Wilmot one winter day to go skiing with her and freinds, and if I remember correctly she unfortunately broke her leg.   Despite that she was a trooper no complaining, whining....not the same now a days.  If  David Dolgin sees this message email me, I saw your name in this blog and would like to touch base, it has been 30 years at least.

Judy had been battling cancer when I saw her at our 40th reunion.  I think it had been in remission for a while but recurred.  I have pictures of us and a few others like Julie Anixter and Joan Bernstein at one of my birthday parties.  I think we were about 4 or 5 years old.  It's always sad to lose a someone.
