If you haven't seen it, Nancy Joseph reported his death on the Facebook page Friends of Everything Highland Park, IL - growing up in HP.  She has been in touch with his wife, Pauline Muzekari.  

He suffered from Lewy Body Dementia and died peacefully on January 9th.
