I still miss you Val.  You were a great friend.

For you classmates, Val passed in 1988 at the too young age of 35.  He was living in Northern California.

I second Mark's sentiments-It seems like such a long time ago, but Val and I went all the way back to gradeschool, and a more loyal, kind and gracious human being is hard to find ...I'll never forget the cruises up and down Sheridan Road in Val's GTO with "the gang" Blasting Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, and 21st Century Schizoid Man...among other things..

I remember Val from 7th grade & before. He was always such a nice guy.

I rode with Val to see Steve Goode at SIU in 1973.  We were speeding down 57 and a cop pulled 12 cars over.  We were one of them.....Val freaked out but the cop let us go.

What a great time we had....miss you cuz!

I don't remember any specific place we met.  Around 1968-1970.  Possibly at a party.  But one thing I do know,  is that Val was a very kind,  polite,  fun and wise individual for his age.  I only wish I had some of his qualities at that time.  Amazing the wisdom we gain over time.  May God be with him.
