Life after HPHS has had it's very high "highs" and very low "lows" but I'm now very comfortable living on the beach(s).

After Covid it was time to re-invent so I went back to the old early Highwood days where I got started in the kitchen.

I now spent 4 months a year (2 months this year) on the Hawaiian island of Kauai as a Guest Chef/inn Keeper at a small 5 Star Bed & Breakfast.

And the other 8 months I'm on the Florida barrier island, Pensacola Beach where I'm an independent Chef (mostly) for vacationers. I also pick a different restaurant every year here on my island (Florida) to work part-time to learn new skills and fine tune my old ones.

"I'm flat broke but I do it with style." ;)
