Bound Brook- Lindsey M. Aparicio, 33, passed away, Saturday, January 27, 2018 in Red Bank. Daughter of Fernando and Rosemary Aparicio, she was born in New Brunswick and raised in Somerset before moving to Bound Brook. She was a proud insurance broker for Plymouth Rock Assurance. Lindsey will be remembered most for her love of cooking and baking her famous Christmas cookies. In her spare time, Lindsay loved spending time at the beach with family and friends.

She is predeceased by her mother, Rosemary (Malik) Aparicio.

Lindsey leaves behind to cherish her memory her father, Fernando F. Aparicio and fiancé, Melissa Brown; brothers, Keith Aparicio and his fiancé, Jess, and Drew Aparicio, and niece, Lilly Anna Rose; several aunts and uncles, and 26 cousins.
