Since graduation, I have received my Bachelors and Masters degrees in music from the University of Alabama. During my time at the U of A, I was employed by the university as a graduate teaching assistant, and I performed as principal horn with the Huntsville, Tuscaloosa, and Macon Symphony Orchestras. I also began to solo as a clinician/guest artist at many universities both in the U.S. and in Europe.

I am currently a member of the U.S. Air Force Academy Band in Colorado Springs, and hold the rank of Technical Sergeant.

In 2001, I married my wife, Joy, and we have three beautiful daughters, Lauren (7), Emily (5), and Sophie (3).
