Working in NYC for various TV networks in varying capacities.
Before working in television I think had every job known to man (waiter, insurance customer service agent, PR rep, yada yada yada) for about three months each. Eventually, ten years after graduating high school - I figured out what I wanted to do again.
After a long stint with NBC's TODAY show, on air and off, I left to pursue a position as Director of Programming with HGTV. NBC was the thrill of a lifetime and got me around the world on someone else's dime - which was great! I met some amazing people but was ready for a change.
Now I'm supervising shows on HGTV, while simultaneously juggling work as a behind-the-scenes audience host and comic for talk and variety shows. (MTV, TLC, Food Network.) Occasionally I appear on CNN's sister network HLN, as a pop culture pundit on "The Joy Behar Show."
