Kevin James Neeson, 37, of Honolulu, a First Hawaiian Bank employee, died. He was born in Toronto. He is survived by parents James and Maria, and brother John. Services: 6 p.m. Tuesday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Private burial. Casual attire. No flowers.

Neeson's 2003 Chevrolet sedan rear-ended a 2002 Hyundai sedan before drifting across the roadway and hitting a parking meter and tree, police said.
The autopsy findings mean the death will not be classified as a traffic fatality. Police will revise the fatality count when paperwork from the medical examiner's office is received.
The Honolulu medical examiner's office listed cause of death for Kevin Neeson as "cardiac arrhythmia due to dilated cardiomyopathy." Neeson died at The Queen's Medical Center at 8:51 a.m. Monday, 54 minutes after the accident on 'A'ala Street south of North School Street in Liliha was reported to police.

For some reason, not many people signed my senior yearbook (most of the pages are unmarked), but Kevin did. His autograph was simply "Kevin" at the bottom of his photo. I am glad that Kevin took the moment to sign my yearbook.Malia Lum ((Kawaihoa-Marquez))
I am terribly saddened by hearing through your website about Kevin's death. I remember him fondly and would always have a brief talk with him everyday in school as we were in the same classes. His warm smile and soft laughter were what I will remember. I actually thought I would get to see him at our reunion and to my surprise and disbelief, this will not happen. May he rest in peace, a good guy who will be fondly remembered.
