Jude, the only thing I can find on Ricky was that he died on Aug 6th, 2008 and was laid out at Fieser's and service down in Leadington. They did ask any donations to go to St. Anthony's Hospice.  The local paper said he died in his sleep.

Also just noticed his brother Steve died May 15th of 2012. Also does not give circumstances, he wanted memorials to Woodlawn Cemetary.
