Donna is survived by two children, Danny Frede and Nicole Whitacre; and two grandchildren. The graveside funeral was Oct. 20 at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by John L. Ziegenhein and Sons South City Chapel. Memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice, 12101 Woodcrest Executive Drive, Suite 102, St. Louis 63141.
Donna was a sweet person and good friend. I was lucky enough to call her a friend and was able to have contact with her a few times since school. As we grew older and apart our friendship was always solid. I had been trying to touch base with her again in the last few years and was looking forward to talk with her again. RIP my friend, you are missed.

Donna was a good friend and singing partner at many talent shows at NWHS. Her favorite song was Leaving on a jetplane and I can still hear her singing whenever I sing that song. I have thought of Donna over the years and wish I had made contact with her to reminisce over our High School days however life took us in diffrent directions. I will always keep her in my mind and heart waiting for the time when we can sing together again.
