Curtis Henry Wilson, Deceased November 13, 1965

Curtis Henry Wilson, 25, of Houston died Saturday, Nov. 13, in a car accident. Mr. Wilson was born February 21, 1940, at Chanute, Kan. He spent most of his life in Texas County, except for the time he served in the U. S, Navy. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He had recently worked in St. Louis as a carpenter. In 1961 he was married to Sharelle Standard, who survives. He also is survived by one daughter, Nanette Faye Wilson, one son, Curtis Allen Wilson, both of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William H. Wilson of Houston; two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Hubbs of St. Charles, Mo. , and Mrs. Iris Sliger of Chesterfield, Mo. two brothers, Carl J. Wilson of Bakersfield, Calif. , and William Dean Wilson of Houston and one grandmother, Mrs. Ellen Smith of Tulsa, Okla. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, Nov. 16, in the Evans-Elliott Chapel with Evangelist Ronnie Wade officiating. A second service, was held Wednesday, Nov. 17, at Bunch, Okla., with burial in the Bunch cemetery.
