Jane Carolyn (Branson) Harman, Deceased May 19, 2008

Jane Carolyn (Branson) Harman, 67, daughter of Walter and Julia Branson, was born Dec. 29, 1940, at Houston. She died May 19, 2008, at her home at Apache Junction, Arizona.
Mrs. Harmon worked at several factories over the years including Brown Shoe Co. in Cabool, Case Manufacturing in Bettendorf, Iowa, and Allied Signal in Olathe, Kan.

She had a passion for music and entertained family members and friends in addition to singing at numerous public events for more than 50 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Effie Branson, Doris Douglas, Lorene Williams and Edith Collins; and brother, Harold Branson.

Surviving are two sons, Van Yarnell of Springfield and Curt Yarnell of Stockton; one daughter, Lisa Renfro of Fairview; three sisters, Violet Douglas and Hazel Smith of Houston and June Hulett of Milwaukee, Wis.; one brother, Robert Branson of Marion, Texas; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Graveside services are 2 p.m. Saturday at the White Rock Cemetery at Bucyrus with Don Crockett officiating under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
Visitation is noon to 1:30 Saturday at the Evans chapel.
