I attended Southwest Texas State University after high school. My family moved to Arkansas in 90 but I returned to Houston in 91 and attended the University of Houston. In 94 I moved to Dallas and began working in the Computer Customer Service industry where I met Lance, my husband. We moved to Austin in 99, where we soon married and I began working at Apple Computers. We started a family soon after. I am still at Apple, working in the AppleCare division and have now been with them for over 8 years.
At times I really wish I were a stay at home mother but I love my work, what I do and the company I work for. I may have a messy house but I am blessed with super happy kids (spoiled but happy ;-) )! My husband is just a big teddy bear and possibly the sweetest and most wonderful man I have ever met. However, he has recently started working at Dell...it can be difficult living with him at times (LOL...I'm sure he is saying the same thing).
My fondest memories of high school were from Friday Night Football games, performing during half time and running around town after the game whether hanging out at Burger King, someone's house or driving around town in Angie's car with 10 other girls. I never seemed to get caught in all the same trouble as Lorie, Angie and Debbie, probably because my mother was not as sociable as their mothers. LOL. I also remember Drill Team competition in San Antonio, rooming with Angie, Lorie and Debbie and us (almost) getting caught throwing fruit out the window to the street below from several floors up. Girls, we were lucky we didn't hurt anyone. I remember when we first realized someone might have seen us, we all hit the floor as if they could really see us past the window. Then when security of the hotel knocked on the door, Angie, Debbie and I were chicken s*@#s and pretended we were sleeping while poor Lorie had to answer the door. I think I even remember someone snoring... Debbie was that you? When I think back now, I think our boots were too tight ;-)
