Vicki Johnson (Patzold)
See that is where communication is key! I know lauryn is going to do things that she isn't going to tell me. I'm not stupid enough to think she isn't. I do however, talk to her all the time. She keeps me informed of where she is and I usually know who she's with. Her friends will always say hi when they come to pick her up, or they run out to the car if I drop her off. I tend to see the majority of the people she hangs out with either by them coming over, or at school. This past season, it was nothing to have about 20 different kids come running up to me screaming Ms. Vicki and wrapping their arms around me in a big bear hug. Of course she has one friend I tell him he's a freak all the time. He will run up grab a hold of me squeeze really tight and say oh baby every time he does. When he finally puts my feet back on the floor, I smack him and say, "Storm you're a flippin freak!" The really funny part is when I tell his mom, "you know I threaten to beat him senseless on a regular basis right?" She just lookes at me and laughs saying, "Why threaten just do it, he probably deserves it"...LOL. I feel so sorry for that woman, she has 4 boys and they are all a trip. Storm is one of the stars of the boy's varsity soccer team, Cadence plays baseball, gunner is into basketball and, Cannon is a very talanted gymnist even at the age of 6! I will be looking for that boy in the olympics one day. You think I'm kidding, be looking for the name Cannon Tootle! The really sad part is he looks just like Storm. We call him storm's mini me. But I digress, I think one of the biggest battles of raising your kids is communication, as long as that line is open than you are good to go. At that point you are so far ahead of some parents.
