So sorry to hear this!
Are there any details on the funeral.
George, I need to get this posted if you do not mind. To all SWHS68 class members... This coming year is our 50th class reunion. This is our BIG one folks. Currently we have a suggestion of the Cadillac Bar & Grill. I have heard from other classmates that as this is the 50th, we need to do something a little special for the event. Also, no date has been set yet. So we have a lot of work to do and a wide range of thought on the facility and type of event. We want and need your opinion on this! Any one who has worked on past reunions would be greatly appreciated.
If you would like to offer your opinion or services for this event, please try to attend a meeting on (to be announced).
Anyone interested in helping can contact me through the website, my email (phr31005@gmail.com), or give me a call at 281-467-8553.
Just saw in today's paper and thought I would pass it on. Randy Braband's father passed away December 24.
George, A very Happy Birthday to you. I hope it is a good one and many more to come.
Our 50th Reunion is in just over 2 years away. I think it is time to start reminding people and starting discussions about it. I am not meaning starting planning just talking about ideas for locations, events etc. trying to hunt down those that are missing and encouraging those that have not been to a reunion in 30 years to show up for this one. Do we want this one to be just us or invite the classes of '67 and '69.
Who when the time comes will be willing to volunteer to help in some way. I do need to get hold of Buckwheat and find out what shape our finances are in. Depending on how we want to go, we may want to start a funding drive.

Just passing this along. Coach Robert L. (Bob) Shelton passed away August 20, 2014. He was father of Mike (SWHS68) and Pat (SWHS70). His obituary was in today's Houston Chronicle.
