I was a design engineer for Westinghouse large steam turbine division until 1971, primarily involved with control systems and lubrcation systems for nuclear powered steam turbine generators. I went to grad school at Drexel and law school at Villanova University School of Law, was an editor of the Villanova Law Review and graduated cum laude in 1974. I have been an attorney since 1974, first practicing in Philadelphia and in Galveston since 1976. I retired my law practice in May, 2011, and moved to Lakeway, Texas near Austin. I am an adjunct lecturer in Business and Labor Law and Management at Texas A&M University in Galveston and have been since 1998, but plan to retire completely in May, 2012.

I also co-own and co-direct a surf camp in Jaco, Costa Rica with my daughter, and a bar/restaurant in Santa Monica, CA with my youngest son.

It's always fun to reminisce about drag racing behind the school and in the "boonies" and those times out in rabbit's ville. It seems that we were lucky to avoid getting caught and mostly avoiding the police.
