This will connect you to a paypal site.  The site allows you to use your own credit card to make a donation.  The site will ask you to register with Paypal and create an account with Paypal.  This is not mandatory and is optional although it may look like it is mandatory.  Look to the bottom of the page to use your personal credit card.
