I was a stay at home mom for about 10 years.
In 1997 I went back to school and got a degree in nursing from Texas Woman's University. I have been working for Memorial Hermann for about 18 years as a labor and delivery nurse. I am now the clinical manager for the Family Birth Center in at Memorial Hermann - The Woodlands Hospital. I stepped down as a clinical manager - too much stress and too many hours. Now I am a staff nurse taking care moms in labor and helping bring new life into the world. Having a blast. Don and I plan on retiring in two to three years. Would like to do more traveling and hiking.
