Theresa Brow was the first death of a class mate I experienced, which was shocking of course. She was way, way too young. As I recall she died in an auto accident iinvolving a drunk driver. I remember Teresa not only because she was friendly (and cute), but she played on our boys soccer team in junior high and was good. It was fun to see players on the other team suprised to see a girl on our team and then get outplayed by her. We were very proud and protective of her. I can only imaine the pain her family suffered losing such a beatiful child and wonderful person at such a young age.
I agree Jeff! She had the best personality and was so cute! I worked with her at Memorial City Mall in 9th grade. She was so fun to be around. That was such a terrible tragedy.
I was just becoming friends with Theresa when she died. We had gone to a Mustang football game and she lent me a yellow windbreaker. I went to return it to her mom who worked at the school book store, she told me to keep it. Kim Favor was obsessed with her death & kept newspaper articles of it on her bulletin board in her room. Kim died in a car accident at age 19....makes me wonder if she somehow knew.
I remember when Theresa died, but never actually knew her. My mom became very close friends with her mother, who was a very sweet lady. I feel for her having lost her daughter at such a young age.

Jeff, I agree her accident was tragic, she was taken way too early! I recall an assembly for our class after her accident, so sad!
