Experienced in Commercial & Residential Property, Casualty, Trucking Liability.
CRAWFORD & COMPANY – FAYETTEVILLE AR – 1999 to 2005
Promoted to Adjuster in Charge, holding responsibility for claims metrics and performance at the branch level. Achieved 90% + positive claims customer-experience from policyholders.
Adjuster in Charge (2003-2005)
Lead a staff of 12 employees; responsible for setting and measuring all standards for quality, efficiency and regulatory compliance. Managed a $10 million operating budget. Liaise with client base to ensure a seamless processes and adherence to service level agreements.
Field Claims Representative (1999-2003)
Adjuster losses within assigned territory including property and casualty loss. Completed inspections, determined coverage, managed and directed defense attorneys for litigated files, completed on call/afterhours responsibility for onsite trucking losses.
