After graduation I moved to Adak, Alaska and worked for the Dept. of the Navy. I moved to Baltimore, Maryland with my husband. A few years after our son was born we divorced. I then moved back to Oxnard met and married my now husband, David. We opened our own insurance agency. We then opened another agency in Apple Valley in 1986. We have been in Apple Valley ever since. We recently celebrated ou 28th wedding anniversary. We have four granddaughters and three grandsons. My husband has one great granddaughter! I retired from Hesperia Unified School District where I taught K, 3, and 6th grades.
