Loy Allen was born December 28, 1943, and died August 1, 1997.  She is buried in Fort Towson Cemetery.

   Funeral services, under the direction of Norwood/Coffey-Leonard Funeral Home of Idabel, are scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 6, at the First Baptist Church of Ft. Towson, for Loy "Davis" McNeill, 63, of Lilburn, Ga., formerly of Ft. Towson. The Rev. Philip Webb will officiate and interment will follow at Ft. Towson Cemetery. She passed away Aug. 1, in Atlanta, Ga.
    Mrs. Loy "Davis" McNeill was a member of the Catholic Church in Lilburn, and was a marketing director for a local shopping mall management firm.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, Gideon A. "Bud" and Dorothy (Fissell) Allen.
   Survivors include her husband - Marty McNeill of the home; two sons - Derek Davis and Douglas Davis, both of Athens, Ga.; one daughter - Lesli Mallard of Athens, Ga.; three sisters - Fay Walker of Idabel, Elaine Hatcher of Lancaster, Texas, Sue Golonka of Atlanta, Ga.; one granddaughter; one aunt; and a host of nieces and nephews.
