Choate, Sandra Jean (Duncan) obituary from Hugo News,

Arrangements for Sandra Choate, of Hugo, Okla., are under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home. Sandra passed away Nov. 10, 2018, at the age of 76.
Sandra Jean Choate was born July 15, 1942 in Messer, Okla., the daughter of Eli Wesley Duncan and Ollie (Harris) Duncan. Sandra worked for 17 years as a dietician at the Choctaw Memorial Hospital in Hugo. She loved to fish, hunting for rocks and gardening. Sandra is preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include daughters: Sherri Lynn Choate of Hugo and Melissa "Lisa" Jean Forbus of Hugo; grandchildren: Billy James "BJ" Totty and wife, Jolin, Brandi Nicole Haigler and Lisa Marie Wilson and husband, Justin; great-grandchildren: Wesley, Shawn, Joey, James and Eli. She was dearly loved and will be missed.
