I have been married 28 years to most wonderful man who is my best friend and soulmate. I have a beautiful daughter (Selena Brown, Stepen) who is married and working in a mortgage company of a financial corporation. I love my daughter with all my heart. I have one grandson who is the light of my life he (Ace) was born January 11, 2008 and I had the honor to see him being born. This past Christmas(2010) my daughter gave us the best present ever!!! She is having our second grandchild in August My husband and I are so excited and can not wait to meet our grandchild, I will have to update once I know if it is a boy or girl my daughter does not want to know until the baby is born. My husband and I love being Pap Pap and Nana and we love our grandchild with all our hearts.***Update We now have 2 grandchildren, Ace William was born January 11, 2008, and our newest addition Harper Danielle was born July 25, 2011. Both grandchildren are the light of mine and my husband's life
A little about my other accomplishments
I went to Hacc and studied Paralegal and Business Administration.
I worked for Fulton Bank started as a fulltime teller and worked my way up the ladder I was a Supervising head teller, CSR ( customer service representative) and my last postition before going out on disability was Senior CSR/ Lending. I loved my job. But in 3/2009 my life changed when I was put out on disability because of my diabetes and complications. I have been a diabetic for about 20 years and have trouble reading things even with glasses. I get to play with my grandchildren more now, (smiles). I am also a published Author as of 2005. Sweet Rose is my author name.I am thinking about writing a children's story just not sure what about yet. I love life and do not take anything for granted. Life is to short. I Thank God everyday for everything I have and for making me stronger through my medical difficulties, and I thank God for all my family and friends.
