We had no details on Steve's passing however after Donald Fosters post, we have included the following information:
He died when his chartered boat sank during a fishing excursion off Mexico in 1986. His brother-in-law and several others perished in the accident.
He is survived by his Parents Elsie and Dee, Sister Cindy, and brother Eric.

Donald Foster
Steve was my neighbor growing up in Huntington Beach.He was in scouting, little league and the usual neighborhood stuff. He had a friendly and generous heart.

Steve was my best friend and best man at my wedding. He was one of the the greatest men I have ever known and his passing is a loss to mankind.
I would like to thank him and his family for a majority of my childhood memories. Thank you.
