I knew Jo Reyna Abalos from the 5th grade. Jo and her husband Ralph Abalos Jr. were my best friends in life. Ralph passed away in 2009. I baptized their first daughter Julie in 1964. Ralph and Jo lived near and we remained close and considered each other family. Jo's passing in 1994 from cancer was devistating to us all and Ralph's passing in 2009 was equally difficult. We miss them dearly and not a day goes by that I don't remember them.
