Friday evening, August 16, 2024 will be a casual get-together with finger foods

Saturday evening, August 17, 2024 will be a nice, sit-down dinner.

Both events will be at the Delta by Marriott in Barboursville.

A cash bar will be available each night.

We will be providing “ticket” pricing in the very near future, as well as specific times for each evening, directions to the hotel, and cut-off dates to RSVP and send payment. A block of rooms will be set aside for those coming in from out of town who choose to stay at the Delta by Marriott. Those are at a discounted rate of $119/room per night. The hotel is working on setting that up, so if you plan to stay there, please wait a couple of weeks before calling them to make your reservation.

Again, we are still working to finalize several things, and will reach out to everyone with prices for the reunion itself in the next several weeks.

If you plan to attend, please let Susan know as soon as possible so that we can have an approximate number to give the venues in order to plan for food and thus determine the price of tickets.
