I am so excited to see everyone!!

Since high school, I went to the University of Texas, transferred to Alabama (cheered for the 1993 National Championship team!), and then finally moved to Birmingham when I graduated. Met and married Ben in 1994 (yep, all in one year - he's awesome, what can I say?). I was a 5th grade teacher until my boys were born. Now I am a full-time mom, volunteer, house-cleaner, cook, you get the picture. . . !

Let's see. . . I just ran into Beth Holder, who reminded me that John David Blankenship, Beth, Bob Battle, and I made this horrible video for an English class about a book I don't think any of us (maybe Bob or John David did, they always did!) read. . . and the funny thing is, I STILL have it!!

Raymond Jones -- you're married, right? I remember a contract that stated we would get married 4 years from high school if neither of us were yet.

I also remember my favorite "teacher", Ina Jenkins -- home ec teacher and cheer sponsor, extraordinaire. I was her aide my senior year -- and I made Parisian runs for her and McDonald's runs for everyone else!!! And please, someone, explain how it is allowable for someone to be an aide during TWO periods a day? I was Mrs. Jenkin's aide AND an office aide. Wow, that prepared me well!!!!

Can't remember any teachers. . .that's funny! Except for the chemistry teacher, Mrs Roberts. Arms that moved when she wrote on the board. Anyone know what I am talking about?
