1990-1992 timeframe. Man, gotta love the 80's hair transition into the 90s. At this point in time I met my soon to be wife of nearly 20 years (Melynda). I had moved from Huntsville in 1989, my mother had taken a job at the Kenneday Space Center.
Funny, kids are growing their hair out like this today.
