Bryan Moorehead

Enjoying life once again. I began again in 2007 after 13 years of mutual misery ended. We get along so much better now that we are no longer married!

The current Mrs. Moorehead and I are living in sunny Florida where I am enjoying a challenging career in System/Network administration, and she is working 24/7 as a Domestic Diva/Saucy Temptress.

I have been with Embarq for 18 months. Before working for Embarq, I was a contractor doing Solaris administration for the Florida Department of Health for almost 7 years. I sure do miss that contractor salary :-(

Prior to that, the ex Mrs Moorehead and I were living in the Atlanta metro area where I worked for the IT subsidiary of Allied Holdings.


After flunking out of Auburn ( Glad I'm not a Pharmacist now... ), I joined the Marine Corps to try and get a better perspective on life.
I was going to go active duty and see the world, but my recruiter called one day and informed me that the local Marine Reserve unit needed more warm bodies. I figured that I could satisfy my male urge to shoot and kill AND get to eat at home too!! Sign me up!


Sadly, I have not been back to Huntsville very much since 1994.
