I didn't have the pleasure of graduating from Huron as our family moved to West Point, NE after my sophomore year but in my heart I will always be with the Huron High School class of 1989!! After graduation I moved to Norfolk, NE to attend beauty college and right after graduation I moved back to Huron for about 6 months before moving to Sioux Falls. In 1995 I moved to Worthington, MN and eventually migrated across the border into Iowa. I now live in Sibley and I love it here. I worked for a candy company in Round Lake, MN where I did FDA food label compliance. I was there for 11 years and absolutely loved my job, but they closed the doors in Round Lake. I now work as an Administrative Assistant of Admissions & Quality Enhancement at Village Northwest Unlimited in Sheldon, IA. I work with adults with Intellectual Disabilities and Brain Injury. I also work part time at a nursing home. Both jobs are very rewarding helping people who really need it. My husband, Doug is the Manager of Maintenance, Custodial and Housekeeping at Sanford Hospital in Sheldon, IA. My son, Cory is now a junior at Morningside College in Sioux City, IA. He's studying Biology and wants to be a Chiropractor. I look forward to seeing everybody again!
