After High School I worked and then cut the mullet and went on a Mission, Arizona, Tucson (Spanish Speaking). I met Stephanie there when I had three months left. Came home moved to Logan, UT and built treadmills with Derk Kapp and Jason Merrill for three months, started growing my hair out. Played a little Basketball here and there. Moved back to IF and worked while I figured out what to do with myself. Started rock climbing. Quit work and went on a road trip to El Paso, TX and then into Juarez, Mexico. At that point I was older but had no idea what I was going to do with myself. Steph came home and we got married 7 months later. We lived in Logan,Ut and I built treadmills again, cut all my hair off. Started mountain biking. Broke my collar bone mountain biking took a few months off from mountain biking. Still playing basketball when I can. Steph and I took classes at USU, she more than I. I took one math class and she got a better grade than I did. I decided that I was done building treadmills and we moved back to IF. I worked construction and that helped me decide that I should go to school. Attended ISU in Pre-Architecture (started 1997). Went to school and worked construction. Tucker was born. Transferred to The University of Utah to pursue Architecture. Postponed rock climbing career. Playing basketball once in a while. Still worked construction, but for myself. Cole was born. Torn my ACL playing basketball, took time off from a lot of things for a few months. Applied to the Architecture program, was politely asked to choose a different career path. Mulled over different careers, decided to try Civil and Environmental Engineering. I sucked at it, but stuck with it. Rock climbing career postponed indefinitely, still pursuing mountain biking and playing basketball. Still working for myself, a little. Finally graduate with a bachelors in Civil and Environmental Engineering (2004). Most people are close to a doctorate after that many years. Thought about a masters but, decided that I liked living with my wife and was afraid that she would kick me out. Still mountain biking and playing basketball. Started working for South Jordan City in their Community Development/Engineering Department. Ben was born. Wrecked on my mountain bike forgot who I was for 12 hours even though everyone around me was reminding me. Indefinitely postponed mountain bike career but, I still play basketball. Worked at SJC for 2.33 years. The principal at a private engineering firm called me one day and asked me if I would like to try the design/private world. Got two free lunches out of him and accepted his offer. Still sporting the same hair cut, not rock climbing or mountain biking much, but I play basketball a couple of times a week. Was able to design the site for the RIO TINTO/ReAL SALT LAKE Stadium. That's a resume' builder. Lola was born. Started playing soccer just for fun. That's about it. I haven't done much. I have a wife, four children and hair that is turning grey. Made a few memories, I still can't remember the 12 hours after the mountain biking accident.
