September 23, 2011 - Heritage Homecoming

6:00 pm - 7:30 pm - Alumni Dessert Reception. Sign in at the table by the gate at the south end of Stadium Field. You are welcome to bring your kids.

7:00 pm - Heritage Football Game. Ticket price for alumni & family members is $3. The alumni bleacher section is by the south end zone area.

10:00 pm - 12:00 am - Annual Alumni Soccer Game. This is for men and women.

September 24, 2011 - Additional Heritage Activities

12:00 pm - 1:30 pm - Heritage Campus Tour given by Mr. Leinbach just for our class. Please let us know if you are planning to attend this. Mr. Leinbach seems to really enjoy doing this, and we'd like to let him know if people are coming. However, you are welcome to show up without RSVPing first. We will be meeting at the flag pool by the main gym, and if it is raining we will meet in the gym lobby.

September 24, 2011 - HCS Class of '01 Reunion

When: 7:00 pm - ?

Where: Jillian's in downtown Indianapolis

Ticket Price*: $55/person

What's Included: Food, fun, and non-alcoholic beverages. Activities such as bowling and arcade games are not included, but will be available.

Registration Deadline: September 16 - We cannot sell tickets at the door.

Payment Options: You may pay online by credit card, or submit cash or check, if you prefer. Our reunion checking account was set up as a personal account to make the process easier, but that means checks should be made out to Brittny Hilbish. This is a separate account only for our reunion, other classmates are on the account as well, and a full record of account transactions can be provided upon request. If you choose to mail in cash or check, payment must be received by registration deadlines, including the early registration deadline. If we happen to have any money left over after we have paid for our reunion, the money will be kept in an account for our class and will be used for our class on future reunions, etc.

Refund Policy: You may cancel your ticket order until September 16 for a full refund. We will not be able to provide refunds after that time.

Hotel Accommodations: Hampton Inn - A discounted rate of $106/night can be obtained for September 23 and/or September 24 by calling and requesting the "Jillian's Rate." There is a Colts home game on September 25, so book your hotel room early to ensure room availability. This hotel is located 1 block north of Jillian's. Another nearby alternative is Homewood Suites, which is 1 block south of Jillian's. Jillian's is across the street from Circle Centre Mall, so these hotels are close to a lot of entertainment options.

*Please know that we have worked very hard to plan a fun event while keeping the cost as low as possible. If the ticket price is a problem, but you would like to attend, please contact us and we will try to work something out.

Directions: Jillian’s Indianapolis is located on the Northeast corner of South Meridian and Georgia Street at 141 S Meridian Street, Indianapolis IN 46225.

From Northwest (Chicago):

Take I-65 South into Downtown Indianapolis, exit on Meridian Street.
Turn right on Meridian Street and continue south to Monument Circle.
Go ½ way around the circle and continue south on Meridian Street 3 blocks.
Jillian’s is on the left.
From Northwest (Fort Wayne):

Take I-69 South to 465 South to I-70 West.
Take I-70 West to I-65 North. Exit on Meridian Street.
Turn left on Meridian Street and continue south to Monument Circle.
Go ½ way around the circle and continue south on Meridian Street 3 blocks.
Jillian’s is on the left.
From South (Louisville):

Take I-65 North to I-70 West.
Exit on West Street and turn right off of the exit ramp.
Continue north to Maryland Street.
Turn right on Maryland Street and continue to Meridian Street.
