Cindy Lee Allison Rahm
December 24, 1956 — August 6, 2022
Indianapolis, IN

Cindy Lee Allison Rahm, 65, Indianapolis, passed away August 6, 2022. She was born in Greenfield, IN to James R. and Wanda M. Coonce Allison. Cindy was such a kindhearted woman whether it was with animals or a stranger that she would not hesitate to help. She started her career at Huntington Bank where she thrived at what she did. Her family was lucky enough to reap the benefits of all her hard work whether it was great vacations or getting to go to events for the Colts. She absolutely loved that she made so many friends at Huntington bank and in the Colts Organization. After her time at Huntington came to an end, she was able to start working at and eventually running the Peoples Burn Foundation. That is where she had the most fun as all of her friends from the Colts Organization were so gracious and willing to donate their time to attend events that she would put on so that burn survivors would be able to forget about their hardships and just have fun! Lately Cindy worked in the bookstore at Lawrence Central High school where she actually attended back in the middle 70’s. She also was a full-time grandmother and loved to hang out with all of her grandkids every opportunity she had. Cindy may have just lived 65 years with us on this earth, but her impact was more than what most people would dream of accomplishing in an entire lifetime.
Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, James & Wanda Allison and she will be buried close to them.
Survivors include her spouse; Bob Rahm, children, Nikki Young, James Lee, (Ashley Lee), grandchildren, Ethan & Aiden Lee, Leeann & Connor Young, sisters Christy & Carrie Allison.
Memorial contributions may be made to IndyHumane, 7929 N Michigan Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46268. Cindy loved her pets.
Visitation will be held Monday August 15thfrom 10:30-1:00pm at Flanner Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite), 9700
Allisonville Rd. Indianapolis. Funeral services will begin there at 1:00 pm. Online condolences may be shared at www.flannerbuchanan.com.
