Connie Robbins Obituary

Connie Sue House Robbins of Columbus, IN formerly of Lawrence,IN, left this world unexpectedly early on the morning of Jan. 8, 2010 in a peaceful manner. Connie was born Nov. 2, 1956 to Charles and Stacie (Despain) House in Indianapolis, IN. Connie grew up in Lawrence and graduated from Lawrence Central H.S. in 1975. She served in the U.S. Marine Corp and worked as both a roofer and carpenter for the Indianapolis local unions. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Ronald A. Robbins; and a loving daughter, Kelly S. A. (Jason) Peasley; granddaughter, Ella Rose Peasley; step- daughter, Renee A. (Jessie Barber) Robbins; mother, Stacie House; brothers, Charles, Bennie, Ed and Ricky House; many nieces and nephews, extended family members, countless friends; and faithful companion, Junior. Visitation for Connie will be Tuesday, Jan. 12 from 5 to 8 p.m. in Flanner and Buchanan Washington Park East Funeral Center.
