We live in Southern Illinois but can see Indiana across the Wabash River from the house. I work at (yes) at a coal fired power plant in the tech services group. Great career. My primary area study is the turbines and the turbine auxiliary systems. But being here almost 45 years I have worked with about all the systems from time to time to time. Kelley and I enjoy nature and camping. It’s a wonderful life. 4 years at Purdue and graduated in 1980. My joke is that I came to Gibson Station to learn what a power plant was like. I’m still learning what a power plant is like. It’s a new adventure every day and I will say clearly I have never been bored in my work and have never watched the clock.
