Scott, as most of us knew him as, was born Franklin Scott Kemper II August 30 1951. Scott was my older and only brother. He had two older sister who also graduated from IHS. After High School Scott joined the United States Marine Corps. It was a family tradition, our father was also a Marine and fought in the Pacific during World War II. Scott was a Embassy Guard in Jamaica During his 4 years. He had fun while he serviced his country and was sadly killed in a car wreck in May of 1975 just months after coming home.
He was not killed in that train wreck that took the life of another Kevin Scott Kemper around the same time.
Scott had a very full Life! He Lived, Loved and Laugh in the FAST LANE.
I Love him and will always be proud to be Scott's little brother.

I remember both Scott and Fred. Scott was in my Economics class - sat behind me and teased me unmercicfully. He will be missed.

He was so cute!! With a personality to match... sat next to him in lots of classes because of alphabetical seating in those days! Great smile - great friend - so sorry to hear he has passed...

Scott was the first boy I ever kissed. We attended the same church, St. Mark's Episcopal, and were in the youth group together, along with Scott's brother Fred and my older brother, Reece, who has also sadly passed away.
Scott was kind and funny, with beautiful blue eyes. So glad to hear that he loved his time in the Marine Corps.
Nothing but good memories./Martha (Johnson) Arizpe
