Rickey Partain, a resident of Irving, TX, passed away the 4th of February 2011 at the age of 59 after a long list of serious and complicated illnesses. Rick was born in Lubbock, TX. on January 28 and is preceded in death by his father Berhl Partain, and grandson Joshua Silva. Rick is survived by his wife Kathy Partain of Grandview, TX mother Ruthie Partain of Irving, TX two children, Richard Partain of Phoenix, AZ and wife Trina, and Rachell Silva of Irving TX, and husband Daniel and six grandchildren.  Also Brother, Steve Partain, sister Janet Partain-Cryer, and Ronnie Partain in addition to many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Rick graduated from Irving High School, after graduation he joined the Navy. He then became a finish custom cabinet builder.

In his spare time he loved to play slow pitch softball, play his guitar; listen to rock, and rhythm and blues music. He loved the time he could spend with his family and friends.

A Memorial was held at Calvary Church 4401 Hwy 161 Irving,Texas 75038 on Saturday, February19th, 2011, 1:00 p.m. to celebrate his life.
