Debbie Stowe Stitt, of Irving TX was killed in a motor vehicle accident at the age of 25, at about 1:00am on November 25, 1976, near Brady Texas.
Survived by Jimmy Stitt (IHS-1970) she was born on May 16, 1951 in Dallas TX.
Parents: Robert W Stowe and Phyllis Sutherland Stowe.

My family has lived next to the Stowe family on Daisy Lane since 1962, I think. I was going into the 4th grade (John R. Goode Elementery) when we moved there. Debbie was married to Jimmy Stitt, and they had several children together. She and an unborn child were killed by a drunk driver about the time I was 25, I think. Jimmy Stitt, her husband, was the best man at my wedding. I don't remember the year she died, but it was the early 70's. They were hit head on by a drunk driver on Thanksgiving day. Their son (Jason) and Jimmy survived the crash.Jimmy remarried and moved down to the Houston area where he works for Stewart and Stevenson.
