After IHS, I went to Cornell then the University of Minnesota for a PhD in Clinical Psychology, then 4 years of internship and postdoctoral fellowship at Western Psychiatric Institute in Pittburgh, then 9 years as Assistant then Associate Professor at Georgia State University in Atlanta, then 10 years in northern Virginia as a Professor at the American School of Professional Psychology right outside of Washington DC. Very happy and very fortunate to have a wonderful husband, kids and fun career. I have also had a private practice for >20 years specializing in treating adults and adolescents with eating disorders and anxiety disorders.
