Comments:
I attended Mars Hill College in North Carolina. In 1962 I had a blind date with a Naval Academy Midshipman, (introduced to me by classmate, Pat Elmore). I later moved to Annapolis, Md to keep an eye on my future husband and taught school. I married Dave Miller in 1965 after he graduated from the Naval Academy. Being a navy pilot, we moved quite a lot, and had 2 daughters. In 1971 he left the navy and we settled in Dallas, Texas, and have been here since then. Today we have 2 grandchildren and 1 daughter here in Dallas. Being retired, we like to travel whenever possible.
