Matthew Scott

I graduated from UNF with a degree in Transportation & Logistics Management in the fall of 2003. Shortly after graduation I decided to leave Jacksonville and chose Charlotte, NC to be close to family. I began my career at a 3pl transportation brokerage company called C.H. Robinson Worldwide and have been working there for over 4 years now. Shortly after moving to Charlotte, I started attending a church called Morningstar Ministries where we are currently members. In January of 2007, I met Lindsay at a Christian Conference I was volunteering for. In May we started dating. I officially proposed to her on February 3rd 2008 and we were married May 17th 2008. We've been married now for almost 7 months and are excited to be sharing our lives together.

There's so much about my time at TCA that's memorable, but I think one of the most memorable things I participated in was that thing i did with that guy (I think his name was Jeremy) that we did when I was a Senior or maybe a sophmore (not sure?) Anyways, we did really good / bad...it was some kind of competition or show or party that TCA does every year or maybe every 2 years. I think it's called FARtS or FACKS or Facts or something similar. Point is... we went all the way to Nationals... held at Billy Grahm University in Tennessee somewhere.... Actually I think it was at Bob Jones something ... Even though we weren't 1st place at the national level .. and we didn't even place....we did come in 5th or 50th one of the two.

That's just about the best memory I can think of At good ole' TCA
