Thomas William "Tommy" Baine, IV, 75, died unexpectedly on Monday, May 24, 2021. He was born on Saturday, May 4, 1946, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Capt. Thomas W. Baine, III, and Betty Frances (Wilson) Baine. He lived in Jacksonville his entire life and was a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School and retired from the Florida Air National Guard. He was Southern Baptist in faith and a lifelong member of North Jacksonville Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Linda (Turner) Baine; and three sons, Dr. Thomas William Baine, V (Ann-Marie), Dustin Alan Baine (Donna), and Darin Baine, and three grandchildren: Lydia Kay Baine, Amelia Elizabeth Baine, and Thomas William "TW" Baine, VI, all of Jacksonville. He is also survived by two brothers and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Tommy was predeceased by his parents, loving sister, and many close cousins. The Baine family will receive family and friends at North Jacksonville Baptist Church (8531 N Main St., Jacksonville, FL 32218) from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. A celebration of Tommy's life will begin at 12:00 PM at the same location, with Dr. Herb Reavis officiating, followed by a graveside service and interment with full military honors at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32218) at 2:00 PM.
