This information recorded by John Rutledge in the class Access database:  "Received call from Gary Gann on 11-20-95. He indicated that Billy was gravely ill and was not expected to live through the night. He had a liver condition and was on life support. He (Gary) wanted the phone number for Andy Anderson, an Andrew Jackson graduate and close friend of Billy. (He had tried to call, but the number was unlisted). I gave him the number in the database.
