DELANEY Timothy L. Delaney, 55, passed away on June 18, 2002 due to complications from surgery. A Jacksonville native, he was employed with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida for more than 20 years. He graduated from Andrew Jackson High School in 1965, was a member of Antioch Primitive Baptist Church, and First Coast Metropolitan Barbershop Mens Chorus. He was preceded in death by his father, Morris Delaney; brother, Ken; and sister, Teri. Survivors include his mother, Doris Delaney; wife, Faye Delaney; daughter, Melanie Fenrich; son, Ken Delaney and his wife, Michelle; and 3 grandchildren, Jordan, Zachary, and Cameron. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2002, in the chapel of Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 4115 Hendricks Ave. Pastor Glen Thomas will officiate. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service begins.
