OBITUARY

Bruce J. Edenfield

OCTOBER 4, 1947 – AUGUST 11, 2014

Bruce Edenfield, age 66, passed away on August 11th at Baptist South Hospital. Bruce served his country in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam conflict. He retired from Anheuser-Busch in 2009. He was a member of 1st Baptist Church of Jacksonville for 34 yrs. Bruce was known for loving the Lord and being a friend to all. He is survived by his sister, Dee Miller, brothers Brent (Nancy) and Brian (Evie) Edenfield, his special love Faye McLanahan , and a host of family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Hardage Giddens Chapel, 729 South Edgewood Ave, on Friday, August 15th at 12PM. Funeral services will be at 1:00PM. Rev. Jim Brewer is officiating. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society of Jacksonville in his memory.
